For those interested in the 'great outdoors' there are many activities available from walks along the famous Taff Trail, to climbing in the Welsh International Climbing & Activity Centre. For those of you who want to relax and absorb the more tranquil aspects of Merthyr Tydfil, there are numerous parks, such as Parc Taf Bargoed, Taff Fechan Nature Reserve and Gethin Woodland Park.
